A booking is confirmed on receipt of a signed booking form or confirmation email. Once we have received the confirmation, an Invoice will be issued due within 7 days. Any extras or amendments we organise on your behalf will be payable in full on receipt of our invoice. Should any amounts not be paid by the due date, HospitalityTickets.com, at their sole discretion, will be entitled to treat the booking as being cancelled by the client. HospitalityTickets.com shall not be obliged to dispatch tickets, passes and other documentation relevant to a booking, until all invoices have been paid in full.
Unless agreed as part of a travel package, Event transportation is not included. Insurance packages or any other costs incurred by clients are not included unless agreed in advance.
We are strictly against ticket touting & reselling of tickets & packages. All sales made on Hospitalitytickets.com are only valid for the client as agreed in the contact. Any hospitality packages, tickets, event transport cannot be resold to any other person/s under any circumstances. If any client is found to be reselling packages or tickets we hold the right to cancel any package without refunding any monies paid.
Hospitalitytickets.com shall not be liable for any matter whatsoever that is beyond its control, and shall not in any circumstances be responsible for any sequential or indirect loss that may be incurred by the client or its guests, associates and agents, or any third party. Any Accidents or incidents that may occur either before, during or after event must be taken up directly with the venue in question. Hospitalitytickets.com cannot be liable for such matters.
All details are pre agreed before any sales purchase is finalised. However event entry is included with all packages sold on Hospitaitytickets.com
All sales made on Hospitalitytickets.com are final once the contract has been made & invoice paid by the client. No refunds are issued within 30days of the event taking place. If a client wishes to cancel a booking more than 30 days before the event takes place then 50% (Fifty) of the total sum paid by client will be refunded. For example; if you pay £400 for a package only 50% will be refunded (£200)
